Player audio device names don't render UTF-8 characters correctly #12

In the bottom window you can see how Windows displays my device names, which include UTF-8 characters that I've included when naming my devices.

In the top window is how Snap.Net Player window displays them.

Seen in v0.22.0.1

Found that Snap.Net is just passing through the device list as reported by snapclient -l
