Adds the possibility to have arguments with actions - e.g. the aichange.sh action takes the file to change as first argument and the description what to change as stdin.
Furthermore there are a couple of small fixes and optimizations for working with directories with many files.
The jtokkit library is updated to change to the tokenization algorithm of GPT-4o*
