I have added another view, which can be made visible with key 5 during tracking. It shows duration, distance, altitude, average speed, gain, loss. Gain&loss are not yet very accurate because the GPS sensors are not very precise when measuring altitude. For GPX files and tracking path you can activate a "hotline" view which visualizes the altitude using color gradients.

notification when you leave the path you are following (without internet connection!)
automatic uploading of tracking data to osm account, could be useful if you are doing dangerous tours and your friends are worried.... the function must be activated consciously by the user.

define markers which are automatically added when the app is opened
to do this, you have to start the filename with _
then the marker or the path will be opened automatically when the app is opened
When tracking, you can set whether the screen should remain switched on
if you are going on a longer tour and do not need the internet, it is advisable to activate the airplan mode so that you do not have to leave the app, you can open the settings app directly from o.map. you will find a menu item in the shortcuts menu.
backspace key -> set app in background mode
endCall key -> close app
