I missed upgrading
peerDependenciesin #52, this was raised in #56.This PR fixes that issue and upgrades other dependencies too, ready for a v20 release.
It also adds eslint-plugin-jest to simplify the ESLint config, matching e.g. stylelint-config-standard.
