  • revert redux@4.0.5 to redux@3.7.2
  • revert react-redux@5.1.2 to react-redux@4.4.10

Description

  • revert redux@4 to redux@3.7.2
  • revert react-redux@5 to react-redux@4.4.10

Motivation and Context

Redux@4 breaking change: Forbid subscribe() and getState() while reducer is running. Ref here

SwaggerUI has multiple instances where this exists.
PR #6330 addresses one such instance, where it was visible in Swagger Editor render

A separate issue will be created for Redux@4 migration.

How Has This Been Tested?

Swagger Editor unit tests will catch these breaking changes. Reverting back to redux@3 results in passing unit tests.
