Exporting All Versions #23
Comments
I've implemented this but I cannot create a pull request until a previous one is accepted (or rejected). |
Agree I think i had this in my other version, but that one is now out dated. I'll review all your changes and merge them in once we figure out if the f3z thing is working. |
Check out my fork.
It supports all versions and what could be described as an ‘incremental backup’ because it skips over files that have already been downloaded (i.e. older versions).
My implementation is brittle and would fail if someone first does a pass at exporting f3ds and then goes back and wants to export STLs. The STLs would be skipped. But, my goal was to do a core download and it works.
I also included a useful progress bar so that the user can see that the AddIn is making progress.

The current Project-Archiver only exports the latest version of files.
For archival purposes it would be valuable to export all versions of the designs.
I'm happy to help extend the functionality of this add in, but wanted to reach out to see if you could provide guidance.
