Villages

Villages are the grand goal of working villages however the management of villages is not implemented yet.
Villages consist of a town hall that does the management of the cities boundries, it's buildings and the inhabitants. When a certain profession is needed in the town the hall will request the building of a house for that job. The town hall incrementally plans the village and the villagers will realize those plans.
