This release brings relatively little that is new since 1.2.0. Mainly, some rough edges around the icons have been cleaned up, the theme provides better integration with XFCE, and -- with an appropriately patched GTK -- some lists and tree views now are drawn in alternating colors ("zebra stripes").
This release also includes the SHA-512 hash of the release tarball, as well as a PGP signature to help you verify that the theme you're getting is indeed from me.
