Minor updates to pipeline structure and format. Changes include:
- Build container updated to work with birli, rust and miriad (
gleamx_build.txt) - Altered way to submit jobs from
singularity exectosrun - Likely small bug fixes here and there
- New branch for ionospheric assessment
