French translation: study_tool

I had to lightly edit the French translations. The LLM was generally smart when it came to when to decide what content (like a book quotation or field-specific terms) to leave in English and when to translate it into French.

I also used the same prompt that I noted in PR #767:

Translate the following English markdown (surrounded by dashes) into French markdown. Do not translate "Prompt Engineering" or "PE" or "prompting", just leave those words in English, but otherwise translate the rest of the sentences. For example, "Prompt Engineering Strategies" should be translated as "Stratégies de Prompt Engineering", "PE strategies" should be translated as "Stratégies de PE".
