Problem description

Optional build-parameters crash the pipeline when they are not set.

Expected Behavior

Triggering the pipeline works without parameters

Actual Behavior

Triggering the pipeline crashes with error about missing argument

Steps to Reproduce

Omit the build-parameters parameter for the trigger command
