- Allow excluding handlers from being compressed using
excluded_handlersparameter. - Fixed double encoding on Starlette >= 0.22.0.
- Updated dependencies to the current versions. This means dropping Python 3.6 and 3.7 support. Python 3.7 tests still run OK, though.
