The breakpoints you use are dependent on your product platform - to determine the most appropriate breakpoints, Help Center should take a look at the most common screen sizes being used by customers using Google Analytics (or however you track analytics of your product) and set the breakpoints from there. You can find the breakpoints Paste uses in the linked discussion above if that helps as a starting point!
