Interesting suggestion. It looks like once Fedora officially provides OCI images of Silverblue, etc, this would work on arm64, but not currently since the upstream OCI image we use is unofficial and isn't providing the arm64 images yet.

Cool idea.

I think this would be fine, but it needs to be the minimal set of changes. Currently this PR has a lot of changes which are not specifically related to just using FCOS instead of Silverblue.

For example, the :z volume label directive, adding langpacks, and the scrtra script to remove and add "prod" cert files.

If you can clean it up, I'd approve this.

:z is not working on Mac and causes the container to fail. langpacks is also required to run kmodgenca for some reason I'm not aware of. Finally, the .prod are not getting updated if not deleted first (related to the z). So only the last line is optional to my knowledge.
