I wrote it incorrectly. I've fixed the issue description. Current ESMF we need same PEs. An update (which Rocky had me test) allows us to run on different PEs. |

ESMF_8_1_0_beta_snapshot_27 contains the fix for this. It should allow running WAVE and CICE on separate PETs. |

Just to confirm that the ESMF_8_1_0_beta_snapshot_27 is ready to use, we
will ask people to install it on hera. orion and wcoss.

* Replaces CICE5 with CICE6: Issue #159 * Adds required CICE6 items to nems.configure. Removes non-cmeps nems.configure files. Updates default_vars and edit_inputs to allow CICE6 resolution and processor count to be specified at run time. Top level CMakeLists.txt and CMakeLists.txt file in FV3 have been changed (and cleaned up) to use imported targets (mostly for NCEPLIBS). Remove *.appBuilder compsets and log. Remove outdated doc directory
