Additionally adds Licenses to CMSDefinition to provide intellisense in appsettings. I've intentionally not registered this as an injectable options type as for now it's only used in the licensing validation logic (shipping in Workflow). Ultimately the validation service will be moved out of Workflow (either into CMS or as a standalone project), but for now, only Workflow needs to know these options exist and manages access internally. Happy to amend if it's preferred to have CMS manage registration and Workflow inject the required options. |

Adds Workflow section to appsettings-schema.json, following pattern defined for Deploy and Forms.
Verify by removing any existing appsettings-schema files in Umbraco.Cms.Targets and Umbraco.Web.UI, then building solution. Regenerated schema will have the Workflow section at line 1698.
Workflow will manage generating
appsettings-schema.Umbraco.Workflow.jsonand copying to project directory (alongside existingappsettings-schema.Umbraco.Cms.json)
