Now uses the default tasks provided by Gradle/Kotlin and there is an added a test to ensure that it works correctly for java-gradle-plugin with Kotlin sources. I've kept the javadoc jar as it is because here were are just packing the output of the default javadoc task or a dokka task into a jar, so there isn't really any logic involved (for the sources jar we had the logic of which source files to pack) and with the additional options it's easier to just keep it as is.
