APG 1.2 updates

• First draft of APG 1.2 ready for review
  • 1.1 changed to 1.2 where appropriate (except on example pages)
  • Structural Roles section
  • IDL button example
• Milestone for 1.2 APG Working Draft 1
• Only issue remaining: Draft guidance and develop examples for aria-errormessage that cover ARIA 1.2 changes for non-pertanent messages

Escape key in Navigation menubar

• 451: When focus is in a menubar, shouldn't escape close any open submenus?
• 595: Navigation Menubar Example: When focus is in 2nd level submenu, Escape is closing both submenus instead of focusing on parent in first level submenu.

Alert dialog example

• Example in master and ready for final review.
• Need help with 738: Modal Dialog Example: HTML source displays in wrong color
• Goal to resolve any high pri issues this week; hoping there are none.

Treegrid example and pattern

• Example in Current treegrid branch
• Issue 132: Develop example of tree grid design pattern

Question: Should we demonstrate the three modes on one page like in current treegrid branch? Or, should we remove them and have separate example pages.

APG 1.1 Release 2 readiness

Minimumly, for this week:

1. Polish and review treegrid.
2. Review and close any discovered high-pri issues with alert dialog
3. Fix escape key bugs in navigation menubar.
4. Fix color bug on modal dialog page.
5. Close as many editorial issues as possible.

Nothing big and new with possible exception of spin button example.

Ideally:

1. Close other open bugs.
2. Close all editorial issues.

Future meetings and other business

• July 2: no meeting due to holidays
• July 23: No meeting since both Matt and James will be on vacation
• July 30: No meeting since both Matt and James will be on vacation
