- fixed the button group (api doc and buc,et button) on the main site when resize to mobile
- fixed Victorique logo when shrinking page
- made upload file not unique to bucket, but for both bucket and admin
- added create bucket to bucket access page
- added bucket token to datatable info on admin pages
- updated Datatables to latest version
- changed the datatables select colour to a light grey
