Remove code, docs, and references for EDB

Summary/Motivation:

• EDB is now living as a de facto archived repository at https://github.com/watertap-org/electrolytedb
• EDB retirement is part of Clean up WaterTAP #1248

Changes proposed in this PR:

• Remove Python code under watertap/edb
• Remove EDB examples
• Remove EDB doc pages
• Remove references to EDB from other doc pages
