Welcome to the YouCanBenefit site wiki! The target audience for this wiki are YCB administrators.
For these wiki pages, we will assume you've created your YCB site, but have no programs, no keys and no screener questions set up. If you don't know what these are, don't worry! Following along will teach you about them.
Programs are the different types of benefit programs that applicants might qualify for. For more information, check out our page on programs.
In order for YCB to identify who qualifies for what, we need to create questions. Certain things, such as income, disability status and the applicants child care situation can all inform what programs they qualify for. Check out the questions page for more info.
YCB uses fancy technology to filter all the different programs and the questions that qualify applicants for those programs. Keys are how we make this happen. Learn more on the keys page.
Each program is filtered based on queries. For example, you may qualify for a program if you satisfy the low income query and also the has children query. Learn more at the query page.
