Fixes formatting in a couple of ways: * Removes the HTML hack with image formatting, making the images show up on GitHub. * Adds the more descriptive captions to the books section. * Removes the TravisCI icon since it's really not necessary for this list. Some problems remain: * Couldn't locate the original location of some images. * Some images were simply taken down.
