Q. Is Journaley compatible with Day One 2.0?

A. No, unfortunately. Day One 2.0 does not use Dropbox anymore, and uses its own proprietary cloud storage. This makes it impossible for us to access Day One 2.0 data. If Day One ever supports Dropbox or other third-party cloud storage service for synchronizing data, we will definitely look into adding support for it.

Q. Journaley does not recognize my journals created by Narrate for Android, even though I configured the database folder to be the Narrate folder. How do I fix this?

A. From Narrate, go to Settings -> Set Dropbox sync folder (under Sync category). Make sure that you select Day One /apps/Day One/journal.dayone/ option. After that, re-configure Journaley to use that location and both apps will sync with each other properly.
