mesh version increase and readme command update (#249)
* renamed the command in the example readme * incremented version for previous PR * updated mesh in the index.json * fixed command name for deployment * added version change to table * pasted in latest -h * improved readme.rst with all of the current -h output * fixed project url for mesh extensions
