When a user asks for application details with clever applications the printed deployment URL is starting with https://.

As such an URL needs the user to provide his account's token/secret, it could be simpler to show a URL starting with git+ssh://git@ working with the user ssh keys.

We may need to provide both HTTPS + SSH.

feat(applications): display git+ssh deployment URL

* we add the git+ssh URL on clever link
* if the .clever.json doesn't have the git+ssh URL, we infer it from the
  HTTPS URL
