@PolynomialRing macro creates generic polynomials #274

The @PolynomialRing macro seems to only create generic polynomials over the coefficient ring, rather than the correct Nemo polynomial ring. I'm sure this is a similar problem to #273.

R, x = @PolynomialRing(QQ, x)
