chore: update WIT dependencies

Update WIT dependencies of this package removing the wasi:poll dep

Somewhat related to #58

Unfortunately, the wit-abi tool fails with:

Error: failed to parse dependency directory: wit/deps

Caused by:
    0: failed to parse package: wit/deps/filesystem
    1: expected ':', found an identifier
            --> wit/deps/filesystem/types.wit:306:14
             |
         306 |     resource descriptor {
             |              ^

It appears there's no resource support
