SUMMARY

Remove the previous setup_sshkey helper
Use the community.crypto collection instead of handmade tasks.
Do not rely on "always there resource" (ssh key ci@ansible.hetzner.cloud) that might be missing (Integration tests cannot succeed on local setup #245).
Implement the new testing framework (prepare.yml/cleanup.yml test: implement integration testing framework #239)
