Description
In order to allow for external libraries to easily JSON serialise some parameter structs, this simply adds serde deserialize and serialize to those structs.

Check and ensure that no other parameters are used in lib.rs, particularly those that implement
TryFrom<JsonValue>.Additional information
Required for aurora-workspaces.
