Description of your changes

This PR intends to revert the breaking part of the merged PR #1835.

  • readd cloudwatchLogsExportConfiguration field and mark it as deprecated in the description
  • map cloudwatchLogsExportConfiguration to enabledCloudwatchLogsExports in LateInitialize()
  • ignore cloudwatchLogsExportConfiguration in IsUpToDate()

This way there can be a deprecation period for cloudwatchLogsExportConfiguration, where the field can still be used, but enabledCloudwatchLogsExports has priority if both are used.

possible deprecation note for users:

  • cloudwatchLogsExportConfiguration is deprecated and will be remove in a future release. enableCloudwatchLogsExports should be used instead

I have:

  • Read and followed Crossplane's [contribution process].
  • Run make reviewable test to ensure this PR is ready for review.

How has this code been tested

manually
