I want an investigation on how to test the application without Hotel budapest
so that .we could reuse our tests without dependencies to other teams

Prepared EDC 0.7.0 with IATP mock in Umbrella Helm Chart eclipse-tractusx/tractus-x-umbrella#101
Tests pipeline will be created in #226
