chore: move typescript definitions out of dist folder

Description

Dist folder is reserved for generated distribution files. Static files like foundation.d.ts should be stored elsewhere and moved in only at releases. dist should be sately removable.

Changes:

• Copy dist/foundation.d.s to js/typescript
• Move js/typescript/foundation.d.ts to dist in the gulp deploy:dist task
