  1. feat(storage): easier mocks for *AccessControl 

    Add modifiers for all the attributes in `ObjectAccessControl` and
`BucketAccessControl`. That makes it easier to mock the class.

I deprecated `internal::AccessControlCommon` as this class is no longer
used.
