Tools Update and Improved Functionalities

Second release of Science_Jubilee!

In this new release, we provide improved Machine control, tools and more.

• We have updated the Machine programming language with new feature
• Improved the tool handling by the Machine
• Made updates to tools such as a Tip_Tracking strategy for the Pipette tool and a cleaning_protocol for the Sonicator tool
• We've added new notebooks for tool and machine calibration, as well as new documentation in the tool library
• Added a Spectroscopic tool which allows the control of a Ocean Insight Spectrometer system.
