Summary
Surfaces the properties
patternsToIncludeandpatternsToExcludeon the deploy.json configuration file used byrush deploy. This will allow developers to include or exclude specific paths within local projects in order to reduce deployment time or to avoid files which could possibly link out of the repository.CC @EscapeB
