Changes
Due to the complexity of testing the new validators in parallel to testing the new UI, we will temporarily disable the following validators (and more precisely the new onUpdate callbacks) : Add metadata relation rules agroportal/project-management#393
Fixed the categories of the submission metadata, following strictly the new 2023 metadata model template
