The banner can be switched off by calling
GAP.Globals.LoadPackagewith second argumentfalse.(We cannot call
GAP.loadbecauseOscarInterfaceis outside the GAP root paths.)The question is rather why
using Oscardid not show the banner before this change.resolves #3414
