We have:

image

involved in:
enables o 'part of' SubPropertyOf 'involved in'
'involved in' o 'part of' SubPropertyOf 'involved in'

involved in regulation of:
enables o regulates SubPropertyOf 'involved in regulation of'
'involved in' o regulates SubPropertyOf 'involved in regulation of'

The name of the parent class is misleading. It should probably be changed to 'involved in or involved in regulation of'

We also need new relations - chaining with causally upstream of:

acts upstream of:
enables o 'causally upstream of' SubPropertyOf 'acts upstream of'

effects*:
enables o 'causally upstream of or within' SubPropertyOf effects

This last relation is a superProperty for this whole heirarchy

* Not totally sure about this name. Other suggestion?
