Feature Request

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe:

Currently, we only have STRAIGHT_JOIN hint to control the join reorder. This needs to change the join order in the SQL text, not helpful in many scenarios.

Describe the feature you'd like:

A hint to control the join order using the hint body. We just use the join order as the input of the hint.

Describe alternatives you've considered:

To be added.

Teachability, Documentation, Adoption, Migration Strategy:

To be added.

@sylzd It's fine. We can have a discussion on Monday. This is not a simple work item. Maybe 2 man-months are needed at least.
