Start here: http://veyepar3.nextdayvideo.com/main/C/big_apple_py/S/pygotham_2016/s/3/ make sure you are logged in Hi Cat.

for each talk:

Right click the "Episode.name" (talk) and "Host Y" (youtube) to open those two in new tabs.

Youtube tab - find a head shot where the presenter is talking. We need to be able to tell if his lips move at the right time.
Best is when he pauses, and then starts talking. Which is often at the end of the talk when people are asking questions and the presenter is listening, then answering. Decide if it is out of sync or looks ok. Hit pause, share, [x]Start_at:, copy url: https://youtu.be/F98ihM7voAg?t=2m29s

Talk tab - [x]Show More (first one, above the save button) paste youtube url into top line of comment. next line: One of these: ok av Sync

If you can't find a place where you can see lips moving, well, it doesn't really matter if there is AV sync problems, no one will care. Some of the video's didn't even have a working camera, so also no problem.

For these, top line of comment: no head no cam

If it is AV Synd, set the State to "post", If it is OK or can't tell, set the State to "Review 1",

Hit save, close the two tabs, onto the next talk.
