Venue Setup

1. Furniture:

• [ _ ] Podium and small table (front of room, where the presenter will stand and give their talk.)
• [ _ ] Classroom table and 2 chairs (middle or back of room.) - "Recording Desk"

2. Electrical:

• [ _ ] power and power strip at small table (for presenter's laptop and recording gear: Opsis and LCD)
• [ _ ] power and power strip at classroom table (Recording Desk) - camera, video mixer and LCD.

3. AV:

• [ _ ] hdmi cable at small table. (goes to the projector.)
• [ _ ] XLR at classroom table - provides PA audio to record.
